		<description>That&#039;s great Misa, let me know how it goes. And no, Bob&#039;s baking flour it not gritty. I think because there is no rice flour in it. Rice flour tends to have the grittiest texture IMO. Bob&#039;s has a lot of garbanzo bean flour in it (which is why it works for Soccas). I find garbanzo flour has really good texture for baked goods, but it does have a distinctive flavor, so it just depends on whether you like it, or not. :)</description>

I&#039;ll let you know the family verdict.  =)  Do you find Bob&#039;s Red Mill all-purpose gf flour has a grainy texture? That&#039;s one thing that I&#039;ve found with many of the gf flours and I don&#039;t like it!</description>
